Sheri

Hello, my name is Sheri Tucker.

I believe that your estate plan is a life plan designed to bring you peace of mind for you and your family.  As your personal care attorney, I help you achieve peace of mind. I provide you with answers and guide you in your estate planning goals.  You receive an advocate who is dedicated to service with integrity.

Why Elder Law and Estate Planning?

For me estate planning and elder law is a dedicated area of practice. Therefore, I maintain professional memberships in  organizations to provide best practices and serve you the Client efficiently and effectively. I am a  life-long experienced advocate for the elderly and people with disabilities. I chose estate planning and elder law as a practice area because it allows me to help prepare life plans and advocate for vulnerable populations. I work with seniors experiencing hard life choices with long-term care and elder care law issues. Seniors are a vulnerable population who need a strong advocate. I enjoy helping families and individuals with disabilities to plan for a peace of mind and quality of life. As a member of the St. Louis community, I play an active role to support Cause Partners.

VA Accredited

Because I grew up in a military hometown, I understand the sacrifice. My father was a military veteran. Therefore, I give back to U.S. military veterans for service to their country by giving a 10% discount to active military, retired military and honorably discharged military veterans on estate planning.

Cause Partners

As part of my law practice I give back to the community. My law firm adopted The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis as a Cause Partner. The firm donates time and resources to support this great non-profit in helping families and individuals with disabilities.

Another Cause partner is the Greater Missouri Chapter for the Alzheimer’s Association. It remains important to raise community awareness for families and Seniors facing a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, I spend time with my wonderful husband playing golf and hiking. I enjoy being outdoors bike riding and gardening, and walking my dog. My favorite hobby is photography. You can catch some of my photos on my Instagram.

Education

With a parent in the military, I moved often and grew up in a military town. I’ve called St. Louis home since 1991.
